Back in business!
Today went how everyday should, winning, three good sessions and (mostly) everything happening according to plan..
the last session was by far the best, but I was well awake, fed, warm, exercised and focused, as opposed to half asleep, cold, hungry and with a wandering mind. Its amazing how much difference a sauna, a cycle and some good food make to the brain. From now on I will go to the sauna and gym BEFORE i start to play, and make sure I am well fed and focused. Thinking about it now its kind of stupid to ever play when you havent got any energy inside you! .. oh well, as noted in Fooled By Randomness you learn things by exeriencing them, your subconscious remembers stuff and auto pilots you..
